The New Jersey Devils have taken their Hudson River rivals to the woodshed in a big way, and the taunts are likely to continue for quite some time. In a 5-0 drubbing of the New York Rangers, the Devils couldn’t be more cruel as they posted a video of Rangers fans celebrating Kaapo Kakko’s goal from years ago, only to zoom out to Jack Hughes, the player who was drafted first overall by the Devils and has since become a star in Newark, while Kakko underwhelmed and was eventually traded away.
