Yat Siu, co-founder and chair of blockchain gaming giant Animoca Brands, has recently fallen victim to a hack on his X account. In a shocking revelation, Siu revealed that despite having two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, his account was still compromised by hackers.
According to Siu’s explanation, the attacker managed to bypass 2FA by submitting a request with a non-registered email address through the account recovery page.
