Title: 2025 Might Be Year of Corporate Bitcoin Adoption, According to Bitwise CEO
In a recent statement, Brian Armstrong, the CEO of Coinbase and co-founder of San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange Unbound Capital, predicted that corporate adoption of Bitcoin (BTC) might surge in 2025. Although there have been some promising developments in the area of institutional investment, it remains uncertain if this will indeed happen.
In reality, the last couple of years have not seen the expected rise in corporate Bitcoin adoption. While MicroStrategy and a few mining firms have shown interest in Bitcoin investments, only 22 companies have more than 1,000 BTC on their balance sheets, according to recent data.
