North Korea’s dictator, Kim Jong Un, has vowed to take the “toughest” stance against the United States following a meeting of the country’s ruling party.

According to state media outlet KCNA, leaders condemned ongoing partnerships between the U.S., Japan and South Korea as a “nuclear military bloc.”
