2024: The year pro-Trump celebrities became mainstream
The entertainment world has historically been a bastion of liberal politics, with many A-listers and industry professionals aligning themselves with the Democratic party. However, as we enter the final stretch of 2024’s election season, it appears that tide is shifting.
Several high-profile celebrities have recently come out in support of Donald Trump, challenging the conventional wisdom that the Hollywood elite are firmly against his presidency.
One such example is actor Zachary Levi, who has been a longtime advocate for the 45th president. In September, he endorsed Trump during an event in Michigan, stating that he believes the current administration is the best choice to “make it great again.”
“I stand with Bobby and I stand with everyone else who is standing with President Trump,” Levi declared, referring to former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
This sentiment was echoed by comedian Russell Brand, a staunch critic of the establishment media and political system. While some may have expected him to be critical of Trump’s divisive rhetoric, Brand took a different stance, arguing that the 2024 election is about preserving democratic values.
