Today’s NYT Mini Crossword Clues And Answers For Tuesday, December 31st
As the final day of 2024 comes to a close, it’s time to wrap up the year with one more challenge from The New York Times. In this article, we’ll provide you with Today’s NYT Mini Crossword Clues And Answers For Tuesday, December 31st.
The Mini Crossword is a smaller and quicker version of the standard crossword puzzle offered by the Times. It’s free to play without requiring a subscription, and can be accessed both on the web and through the app. However, you’ll need the app to solve past puzzles from the archive.
Below, we’ve provided the answers for today’s Mini Crossword:
Across
1 — Dashboard device for filming, casually — CAM
4 — Dashboard device for rocking out — RADIO
6 — Cozy slippers brand with a nut in its logo — ACORN
7 — “___ … two …” — THREE
8 — Finale — END
Down
1 — Computer memory storage — CACHE
2 — Bedeck — ADORN
3 — Stuck in deep mud — MIRED
4 — Chinese zodiac animal — RAT
5 — “… ___ happy new year!” — ONE
This Mini Crossword was a bit more challenging than yesterday’s, but that’s mainly because I’m not familiar with the brand of slippers. It also had a subtle New Year’s countdown theme woven throughout the clues.
I managed to complete most of the Across section before moving on to the Down columns, which meant there wasn’t much left for me to solve by the time I reached them. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable puzzle that wrapped up the year nicely.
