HyperLiquid has officially launched its native staking program for HYPE token holders. With the introduction of staking, users are now able to delegate their tokens to 16 carefully selected validators, securing the network and earning rewards in the process.
Upon the launch, HyperLiquid reported that over 300 million HYPE tokens were delegated to these validators, amounting to a staggering $8.4 billion valuation. This significant milestone marks an important achievement for the foundation, as staking now allows the diverse community of HYPE token holders to collectively secure the network and benefit from their investment.
When choosing validators, users should consider various factors such as uptime, commission rates, reputation, and community contributions. HyperLiquid’s Delegation Program aims to further promote decentralization by incentivizing high-performing validators.
