The Worst Tweets of 2024
As we close out the year, it’s time to reflect on some of the most cringeworthy and eye-rolling tweets from 2024. And let me tell you, there were plenty to choose from.
First up is Elon Musk agreeing with a tweet that says Americans aren’t smart enough for tech jobs. Yes, because being an engineer is all about being born in the right country, right?
And then there’s Donald Trump, who’s still on Twitter despite his questionable claims of election fraud. The guy can’t even get a straight answer out of his own tweets.
But the real winner of this year’s worst tweets goes to Laura Loomer, who tweeted that “America doesn’t have enough engineers because we mocked Steve Urkel.” Um, what? That’s not how any of it works, Laura. And by the way, Steve Urkel is a fictional character, so… yeah.
And let’s not forget Vivek Ramaswamy, saying America needs more engineers because we don’t “mock” Steve Urkel. Same difference, folks!
