Nvidia’s RTX 5090 Leaks with 32GB of GDDR7 Memory
In a shocking turn of events, Nvidia’s highly anticipated next-generation GPU, the RTX 5090, has leaked online. A marketing image obtained by VideoCardz reveals that the unannounced graphics card will come equipped with a whopping 32GB of GDDR7 memory.
The packaging of the Inno3D RTX 5090 iChill X3 does not provide any additional specifications about Nvidia’s flagship next-gen GPU, but it does suggest that this particular model will ship with a 3.5-slot cooler.
Rumors have been circulating that the RTX 5090 would double the VRAM of its predecessor, and it appears those rumors are true. The RTX 5080 is expected to include only 16GB of GDDR7 memory, making the RTX 5090 a significant upgrade for gamers and professionals alike.
Additional specifications have not been confirmed by Nvidia at this time, but previous leaks suggest that the RTX 5090 will also boast an impressive 21,760 CUDA cores and a massive 1.8TB/s of memory bandwidth. Furthermore, rumors hint that the card may require a substantial power draw, with a TDP of 575 watts – a significant increase from the 450 watts required by the current flagship GPU.
Nvidia is expected to officially announce its RTX 50-series of GPUs at CES tomorrow night, including the highly anticipated RTX 5090. The company will also be unveiling other unreleased products such as the RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5070, and possibly even an RTX 5090D model for China.
The tech community is eagerly awaiting Nvidia’s announcement tomorrow night to learn more about these new GPUs.
