The CES 2025 event has just witnessed the unveiling of a revolutionary new product – the Circular Ring 2. This innovative smart ring is set to change the game in the wearable technology space with its refined design and cutting-edge features.
One of the most significant changes brought about by this new iteration is the introduction of a phone-based sizing system. Gone are the days of having to wait for a sizing kit, as the Circular Ring 2 allows users to measure their ring size directly from their smartphone camera. This not only simplifies the process but also significantly reduces packaging waste, promoting sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
The new design is sleek and modern, made with durable titanium that ensures longevity. The device boasts up to eight days of battery life on a single charge, even when utilized for 24/7 health monitoring with detailed sleep stage analysis. Charging is conveniently facilitated through a wireless charging dock.
The app experience has also undergone a significant overhaul, with Circular claiming it has been redesigned to mirror the ring’s luxurious aesthetic and provide an intuitive and refined user interface.
Circular Ring 2 will be available in four colors – Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and Black – with a price tag of $380. While this may seem steep compared to competitors like Ultrahuman Ring Air and RingConn Smart Ring Gen 2, which cost $349 and $299 respectively, the company plans to launch a crowdfunding campaign in January ahead of the official release.
