MIAMI, Jan. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Moskowitz Law Firm, PLLC has announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida has granted preliminary approval to a proposed class action settlement, benefiting purchasers and legal title holders of Astrals Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or Galaxy Tokens.
The proposed settlement is connected to the ongoing litigation captioned Harper v. O’Neal, Case No. 23-CV-21912-MORENO. The settlement aims to address concerns raised by affected parties regarding their purchases of Astrals NFTs and/or Galaxy Tokens from May 24, 2022 to January 14, 2025.
As part of the proposed settlement, claims for settlement benefits must be submitted no later than April 17, 2025. Those who wish to object to the settlement or request exclusion from it must do so by March 3, 2025. The Court will conduct a Final Approval Hearing on April 1, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
