It’s reported that Kelsey and Max had been friends for years, as he was a part of Wanted – the band where Tom Parker (real name Thomas Parker) was also a member. However, after Tom’s death at just 32, their friendship reportedly soured.
The feud allegedly started when Kelsey felt that Max didn’t show enough support during her husband’s battle with brain cancer. She took to Instagram to explain her side of the story and clear up any misconceptions.
“Feeling a little emotional today as I’m getting ready for my baby shower,” Kelsey began, “but also feeling grateful that you all are here to support me.”
She continued, “A lot has been said about me having an argument with Max George, but what people don’t know is the truth behind it. The rumors have been circulating online and I wanted to take a moment to address them.”
Kelsey then revealed that she had reached out to Max for emotional support during Tom’s illness, only to feel ignored by him.
“I sent him messages saying ‘Hey Max, how are you doing?’ Just basic human decency, right? But he chose not to respond. And when I found out he was going on holiday without even checking in with me, it broke my heart.”
The reality TV star concluded her statement by emphasizing the importance of support during difficult times.
“I just want to say that we all need each other now more than ever. Let’s lift each other up and not tear each other down,” she pleaded.
It appears that Kelsey has chosen to put the drama behind her, focusing on her pregnancy and upcoming baby shower instead.
