Rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a man at an afterparty in 2015, according to a new lawsuit.
The alleged incident occurred on July 4, 2015, during the annual BET Awards, which took place in Los Angeles. The accuser, who remains anonymous, claims that he was invited by Combs’ team to attend an afterparty held at a private residence.
As reported by TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that while at the party, the accuser became intoxicated and began feeling disoriented. It is alleged that Combs took advantage of this situation, allegedly pinning the man down on a couch and sexually assaulting him without consent.
The accuser claims that he did not give his explicit consent to engage in any sexual activity with Combs, and that he was unable to resist due to his intoxicated state.
Combs’ legal team has yet to comment on the allegations.
