ETH Price Remains Crushed Despite New President at Ethereum Foundation
The Ethereum Foundation has a new President following months of dissent that have been rocking the crypto community and impacting ETH prices.
Just yesterday, Aya Miyaguchi announced her transition from Executive Director to President of the Ethereum Foundation (EF), a decision she made a year ago. In her statement, she emphasized that Ethereum’s core philosophies include decentralized ownership, a “Pace Layering” framework, and credible neutrality.
While her tenure has been marked by controversy and debate, Miyaguchi reflected on her seven-year journey with EF, noting how Ethereum has grown from having fewer voices to becoming a diverse ecosystem, likening it to a garden that flourishes due to its biodiversity.
Despite the appointment of a new president, ETH’s price remains crushed as it continues to wallow at the same levels seen last year.
