‘Quordle’ Hints And Answers For Thursday, March 13

As the sun sets on Wednesday and gives way to a brand-new day, it’s time to dive back into Quordle. If you’re anything like me, you can’t get enough of that daily dose of word-guessing fun! And I’m here for it.
Before we begin, if you need help with yesterday’s puzzle, be sure to check out the hints and answers for Wednesday, March 12 (just a quick link away!). Now, let’s get started on this Thursday, March 13 edition!
How To Play Quordle
For those joining us late to the party, here’s a quick refresher on how to play Quordle:
Just start typing in words. You have four five-letter words to guess and nine attempts to find them all. The catch is that you play all four words simultaneously. If you get a letter in the right place for any of the four words, it will light up in green. If a word contains a letter from one of your guesses but it’s in the wrong place, it will appear in yellow. You could always check out the practice games before taking on the daily puzzle.
Quordle Hints
Now that we’ve got our game faces on, let’s get to today’s hints and answers! Here are some cryptic clues to help you get started:
Word 1 (top left) hint — something that’s not in its proper place
Word 2 (top right) hint — a type of rock music or an alloy like steel
Word 3 (bottom left) hint — likely to produce tears or already crying
Word 4 (bottom right) hint — not exceptionally long
A special note: one of the words features a pair of repeated letters, so keep that in mind as you start your guessing process.
