Here’s how to delete your personal data, genetic sample from 23andMe
As the personal genomics and biotech startup 23andMe has filed for bankruptcy protection, many customers may be wondering what happens to their sensitive consumer data. In light of this development, it is crucial to take control of your own data by deleting your account and genetic sample.
Fortunately, 23andMe makes it relatively straightforward to delete your data and request that your genetic samples be destroyed. To initiate the deletion process, follow these steps:

2. Go to “settings.”
