“My job is to make people look and feel their best, but there are just some things that make me go ‘no’ from the moment I see them. Here are the six mistakes that always make me shudder.”
He then went on to reveal the top 6 blunders that have him cringing.
Firstly, he warns against over-washing your hair. “It’s not about getting clean, it’s about balance,” he explained. “You can’t strip your hair of its natural oils and expect it to look healthy.”
Secondly, he emphasized the importance of conditioner. “Never, ever skip conditioner!” he exclaimed. “It’s like saying goodbye to hydration and nourishment for your hair!”
Thirdly, he cautioned against using too many styling products. “You don’t need 17 different products,” he laughed. “Just find something that works for you and stick with it.”
Fourthly, he criticized the tendency to over-use heat tools. “Heating up your hair is like putting a Ferrari on the highway – it’s just not meant for that kind of stress!”
Fifthly, he urged people to stop using cheap hairspray. “That stuff is like liquid concrete,” he shuddered. “It dries out your hair and turns it into a frizzy mess.”
