Logan Paul Reveals Desire to Compete in UFC, Blames Rival for Squashing Opportunities
Controversial social media personality and professional wrestler Logan Paul has expressed his interest in participating in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), citing a rival as the reason why he was unable to secure a fight.
During an episode of his podcast, Impaulsive, Paul discussed his ambitions to join the UFC, stating that he had previously reached out to UFC CEO Dana White regarding a potential bout on the undercard at Noche UFC. However, he claims that his message was met with silence, suggesting that his WWE rival ruined his chances.
Paul emphasized his willingness to fight in the UFC, acknowledging that he would need to dedicate more time and effort to train for mixed martial arts compared to boxing, where he has previously competed. He revealed that he is a full-time WWE Superstar but expressed his desire to “hop in the Octagon” if the right opportunity arises.
Paul’s remarks come as a surprise, considering his previous failed attempts in the MMA world. It is worth noting that Paul would need to significantly improve his skills and adaptability to compete at a high level in the UFC.
It remains unclear why Paul believes his WWE rival is responsible for his inability to secure a fight with the UFC.
