Today’s ‘Wordle’ #1391 Hints, Clues, and Answer for Thursday, April 10th

We’re back with another thrilling Wordle challenge! This time, we have a hint that the phrase is “Super fast!” accompanied by a clue stating that this Wordle ends with a vowel. Erik Kain, our regular Wordle expert, shares his approach and strategy to solve today’s puzzle.

Erik starts by choosing CRATE as an opening guess, similar to Wordle Bot’s favorite opener, CRANE. This leaves him with a limited number of possibilities. He then uses TORUS to eliminate more vowels and ultimately arrives at the correct solution: TURBO!

As we reported earlier, Erik is narrowing the gap against Wordle Bot. Today’s score brings our April totals:
Erik: 0 points
Wordle Bot: 4 points
If Erik can secure a strong performance on Friday, he may be able to catch up and tie with the AI-powered opponent. However, if he has a poor day, all his progress will be undone.
**How To Play Competitive Wordle**
For those who are new or need a refresher, here’s how to play:
* Guessing in 1 is worth 3 points; guessing in 2 is worth 2 points; guessing in 3 is worth 1 point; guessing in 4 is worth 0 points; guessing in 5 is -1 points; guessing in 6 is -2 points and missing the Wordle is -3 points.
* If you beat your opponent, you get 1 point. If you tie, you get 0 points. And if you lose to your opponent, you get -1 point.
