Ryan Routh, the suspect accused of attempting to assassinate former President Donald Trump, has been arrested on child pornography charges.
According to a report by Fox News, Routh was captured shortly after his alleged attempt to harm Trump. He later pleaded not guilty to five federal charges, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate.
In a shocking twist, it appears that the suspect’s son has also been arrested on child pornography charges.
Routh’s attorneys have been sparring over whether he had access to a gun during his arrest, with one attorney claiming that Routh did not and another arguing that he was in possession of a firearm.
