NYT ‘Strands’ Today: Hints, Spangram, and Answers for Wednesday, April 16
The New York Times has released a new puzzle for its popular word game Strands. For today’s puzzle on Wednesday, April 16, the hints and answers are as follows:
**Theme Hint:** Fore!
**Additional Hint:** Take a swing
There is no doubt about this theme. The spangram was easily found, closely followed by the first theme word PUTTER. The rest of the puzzle was straightforward except for the last two words CHIPPER and UTILITY, which were not familiar to me. I did not use any hints and the spangram was the second theme word I discovered.
**Spangram:** GOLF CLUBS
