EA has finally revealed the release dates for both Madden NFL 26 and EA College Football 26. In a surprise move, they announced that both games would be released simultaneously, with Madden dropping on August 14 and early access available on August 11.
The trailer, titled “The Call,” suggests that there will be increased cohesion between the two football titles. This could mean more sharing of resources or even crossover content in the future.
For those interested in pre-ordering the games, EA has announced the MVP Bundle for $149.99. This bundle includes:

* Three-day early access to both games

The MVP Bundle seems like a great option for those who plan on playing both games. The early access and exclusive in-game content make it an attractive choice.
As someone who has been critical of the injury presentation in previous Madden titles, I am hopeful that this issue will be addressed in Madden 26. Additionally, I would love to see the return of the ability to import draft classes from College Football 26 into Madden’s franchise and dynasty modes. This feature was a staple in earlier NCAA Football games but has been missing since EA discontinued the series.
It is unclear what the game’s utilization of Scott Hanson, the voice of NFL RedZone, will be used for. I previously reported that Hanson had joined the Madden team, and his inclusion adds an intriguing layer to the presentation. If he is more than just a menu voice, it could revolutionize the way fans experience the game.
The first wave of information about the games is expected in June, with a heavier focus on College Football due to its earlier release date. Madden 26 will take center stage after its college counterpart drops on July 20 for early access and July 27 for all platforms.
