Taylor Swift Texts Could Reveal Whether Blake Lively Suffered Actual Distress, Justin Baldoni Says
Justin Baldoni is continuing to push for access to Blake Lively’s text messages with Taylor Swift in his ongoing legal dispute with the actress and her husband Ryan Reynolds. The actor-director claims that the communications could reveal whether Lively actually suffered emotional distress as a result of alleged sexual harassment and retaliation on the set of their movie, It Ends With Us.
Baldoni dropped the subpoena he had sent to Swift last month, but is still seeking the text messages directly from Lively, according to a new court filing.
