
Binance to Suspend Polygon Withdrawals on This Date: Here’s Why
In a major update for the cryptocurrency community, leading exchange platform Binance has announced that it will temporarily suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the Polygon (MATIC) network as part of a scheduled network upgrade.
According to an official statement, this suspension will take place on July 1st at approximately 8:10 a.m. (UTC), in order to support the Polygon network’s planned upgrade aimed at enhancing performance and scalability.
The exchange has also stated that this upgrade includes the upcoming hard fork of the Polygon mainnet, which is designed to ensure an optimal user experience for all participants on the network.
