Today’s NYT Strands Puzzle: Hints, Spangram And Answers For Tuesday, July 1st
As we dive into the second half of July, it’s time to tackle another day of wordplay with Today’s NYT Strands Puzzle. This month-long challenge has already taken us on a thrilling ride through the world of puzzles and games. Now, let’s delve deeper into today’s hints, spangram, and answers.
Today’s theme centers around the “Center of attraction,” which seems to have an intriguing connection to county fairs. And instead of giving you the first two letters of each word, we’ve got a treat in store for us – three hints! That’s right; I’m sharing three instead of just one, to help you uncover today’s words.
So, let’s dive into these hints and get started on our journey. Here they are:
• County Fair
• Rides
Now that we have some crucial information to kick-start the puzzle-solving process, let’s take a closer look at the first two letters of each word: FU TR SL SC CA AM.
With these clues in hand, today’s spangram has been solved and is none other than AMUSEMENTPARK. I must admit, solving CAROUSEL was a bit more challenging for me; however, it turned out to be an important part of the overall puzzle. The completed grid will look something like this:

Now that we have the answers, let’s break down our journey through this puzzle. It took some time to get the word CAROUSEL correct, and I must confess that I struggled with PARK initially, thinking it would be THEMEPARK but couldn’t find AMUSEMENTPARK until most of the words were already uncovered. Lastly, I had a bit of trouble with SCRAMBLER, which was the last word I found.
With that said, let’s engage in some friendly chatter about our experience with Today’s NYT Strands Puzzle. How did you fare today? Feel free to share your thoughts and any tips on Twitter and Facebook.
