‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ Arrives With A Worrying Rotten Tomatoes Score
The wait is finally over as ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ hits the big screens tomorrow, but unfortunately, the movie’s arrival has been met with a lukewarm response from critics. As of now, the film holds a dismal 54% on Rotten Tomatoes, making it the fourth best-reviewed Jurassic Park installment out of seven total.
While some might argue that critic scores are not always reflective of a movie’s success at the box office, history suggests otherwise. Despite its terrible critical reception, ‘Jurassic World Dominion’ managed to rake in over a billion dollars globally. Given this pattern, there is little doubt that ‘Jurassic Rebirth’ will continue the Jurassic Park series despite its lackluster performance.
It appears that even with a new cast and director, including Jonathan Bailey, Scarlett Johansson, and Mahershala Ali, under the guidance of Gareth Edwards, the movie’s poor reception cannot be written off.
