Amazon Unveils Its Prime Gaming Freebies for July 2025
In a surprise move, Amazon has announced its latest lineup of free and discounted games available exclusively to its Prime members. The company’s cloud gaming platform, Amazon Luna, is at the forefront of this month’s offerings, with several notable titles up for grabs.
Among the games available on Amazon Luna, one highlight stands out: Resident Evil 2. This popular survival horror game will be accessible for free until July 12th, when the promotion ends at 11:59 PM PT. Additionally, Need for Speed Unbound and EA Sports FC 25 have been given a limited-time offer of complete freedom from July 5-6 and July 19-20 to July 27, respectively.
In addition to these titles, Amazon Luna will also be offering Death Stranding’s director’s cut, as well as the critically acclaimed metroidvania Hollow Knight. This will be accompanied by regular mainstays such as Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, and a selection of Fallout games.
On top of this digital gaming bonanza, Amazon has also seen fit to provide a limited number of free game codes outside of Luna for its Prime members. The real star of the show is Venba, an indie gem that delves into themes of cooking, family, and immigration.
