Today’s ‘Wordle’ #1476 Hints, Clues And Answer For Friday, July 4th
As the United States celebrates its independence on this special day, Americans are also invited to play another round of Wordle. In honor of America Day, I’m excited to share today’s hints, clues, and answer for Friday, July 4th.
The Hint: Found in roads and baseball pitches.
The Clue: This Wordle ends with a vowel.
Before we dive into the answer, let me first walk you through my thought process while solving today’s puzzle. As always, I started by using my go-to strategy of generating all possible combinations and eliminating possibilities based on the provided hints and clues. In this case, the hint about roads and baseball pitches led me to the most relevant words that could fit the given criteria.
I began by guessing STAKE, which surprisingly only brought a single green box and left me with 159 remaining solutions. Undeterred, I shifted gears (pun intended) and attempted to eliminate as many options as possible using PRUDE. This move reduced my possibilities to just four, giving me some semblance of hope.
Ultimately, I decided to take a chance on CURVE, and it turned out that this was the correct solution.
The Answer: CURVE
