
Tupac Collaborator & Outlawz Rapper Young Noble Dead at 47
The hip-hop community is in shock following the sudden passing of Rufus Lee Cooper III, better known as rapper Young Noble, who died on July 4th at the age of 47. According to sources, Cooper passed away by suicide in Atlanta.
As a close collaborator and friend of Tupac Shakur, Young Noble’s involvement with the legendary artist was a significant part of his career. Their bond grew stronger after All Eyez On Me, which led to several notable collaborations on Pac’s posthumous album The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory.
The rapper, known for his work as a member of the Outlawz group, has also released numerous solo projects throughout his career, including Noble Justice in 2002, Son of God in 2012, Powerful in 2016, and 3rd Eye View in 2019.
Reactions from within the hip-hop community have been pouring in as artists such as Snoop Dogg, E-40, Xzibit, Krayzie Bone, and Treach shared their thoughts on social media.
