Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell Brings Lawsuit Against Beach Trespassers
Backstreet Boys member Brian Littrell is taking legal action against trespassers who have been frequenting his private beach in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. The lawsuit was filed last month through his company BLB Beach Hut LLC.
According to the court petition, Littrell and his family have been subject to harassment by multiple individuals who have repeatedly trespassed on the property’s private beach. The trespassers allegedly continue to “antagonize, bully and harass” the singer and his family despite repeated requests from law enforcement to stay away.
The singer claims that he has been unable to get any assistance or cooperation from local authorities in addressing the issue. He alleges that even when an officer responded to the property in May, they refused to take action against the trespassers, stating that they “don’t agree with private beaches.”
Littrell is seeking a court order requiring the sheriff’s department to enforce the law and remove trespassers from his property.
