Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell Sues Over Trespassers at Private Florida Beach
Brian Littrell, a member of the renowned boy band Backstreet Boys, has taken legal action against the Walton County Sheriff’s Office in response to an increasing number of trespassers invading his private beach property. According to documents obtained by Billboard, Littrell filed a court petition on behalf of his company BLB Beach Hut LLC, which purchased the oceanfront home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, for $3.8 million in 2023.
As alleged in the petition, numerous trespassers have been frequenting Littrell’s private beach, with the singer claiming that these individuals have a history of antagonizing, bullying, and harassing his family. Despite requesting assistance from local authorities, Littrell asserts that he has not received any meaningful support from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
The petition highlights an incident in May where an officer is said to have told a trespasser on the property that they “don’t agree with private beaches” and described Littrell’s police reports as “lunacy.” Furthermore, it cites another instance in early June when a trespasser became aggressive, taking away real estate documentation from Littrell’s property manager.
In response to these alleged events, Littrell is seeking a court order that would force the sheriff’s department to enforce the law and remove trespassers from his property.
