The actor explained that every time they chat on the phone, Egerton’s 12-year-old sister Mary will ask him if he knows who Benson Boone is. “She’ll go ‘Do you know Benson Boone?’ And I’ll go, ‘No, I haven’t met Benson Boone since Thursday,’” Egerton shared.
He continued, stating that his sister would be impressed by his connection to the artist, as it would grant him “cool points.” The star made a desperate plea to Benson Boone, asking if he could arrange for himself and Mary to attend one of his upcoming concerts.
