Supporting Community Healing: Quavo’s Rocket Foundation Launches Trauma Therapy Fund

Today, Quavo’s Rocket Foundation has launched a trauma therapy fund in response to the devastating shootings that took place in Atlanta over the weekend. The tragic events saw at least 49 people shot, including two individuals with ties to the Rocket Foundation.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult time for many in the community and beyond. To help support those affected, Quavo has announced an emergency trauma therapy fund through his foundation. This critical initiative aims to provide much-needed mental health resources and support to young people impacted by these senseless acts of violence.

The Rocket Foundation’s mission is deeply personal for Quavo, as he experienced a devastating loss in 2022 when his nephew and Migos running mate TakeOff was tragically killed due to gun violence. This traumatic event sparked the creation of the foundation and its commitment to preventing gun violence and providing vital support to those affected.

The Rocket Foundation is now calling on the public to donate to this critical fund, which will directly benefit two organizations working with impacted individuals – @cureviolenceoaaa and @hope.hustlers. By spreading the word and making a donation, we can all come together to help heal the pain and loss of those affected by these horrific events.
