From Blockchain to Space: HTX Leads GM Vietnam 2025, Justin Sun’s New Web3 Journey Takes Flight
HTX has made a significant impact at the recently concluded GM Vietnam 2025 – Vietnam Blockchain Week. As a key sponsor of the Business Networking Zone, the company showcased its forward-thinking global strategy and reinforced its position as a prominent player in the Web3 sector.
During the event, HTX’s Head of Ventures, Alec Goh, took part in a crucial panel discussion titled “Stablecoin – The Most Viable Use Case for Crypto Adoption.” In this session, Alec emphasized the rapid growth of stablecoins, highlighting their market capitalization has surged to over $250 billion, marking a substantial 60% increase in the current year. This marks the beginning stages of mainstream adoption.
Alec further explained that key sectors such as on-chain credit, Real World Assets (RWA), and cross-border trade have been leveraging the capabilities of stablecoins to serve as the fundamental layer for value settlement and liquidity within digital financial infrastructure.
He went on to state, “The future isn’t a binary choice between centralized and decentralized systems, but rather a blend of compliance and composability. Legal frameworks and on-chain technology will evolve together, enabling global scalability while preserving crypto’s core principles. Ultimately, whether a system is decentralized or not matters less than its ability to meet user needs. If decentralized transactions continue to deliver greater value, the market will naturally gravitate toward them.”
HTX has also demonstrated leadership in other areas of Web3 innovation and investment, showcasing a robust ecosystem that transcends blockchain development.
In another significant news, Justin Sun, Advisor at HTX, has achieved a remarkable feat by successfully completing a suborbital flight aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard spacecraft. This approximately 10-minute mission crossed the Kármán line, providing a zero-gravity experience before safely landing in Texas. With this achievement, Justin became the youngest Chinese commercial astronaut.
Following his historic journey, Justin stated, “This was my first commitment and first step toward space, and there will be more to come in the future.” This milestone reflects not only his spirit of exploration but also HTX’s commitment to continually push boundaries and explore new possibilities as a leading player in the global Web3 space.
Throughout GM Vietnam 2025, HTX has reinforced its position as a leader in the global Web3 industry.
