Title: Rubio’s State Department Yanks More Than 6,000 Student Visas Due to Assault, Burglary, Support for Terrorism
The United States has taken a significant step in strengthening its national security by revoking over 6,000 student visas due to law violations and overstays. This unprecedented move comes as part of the administration’s efforts to tackle immigration issues and prevent potential threats from entering the country.
According to a recent report by Fox News Digital, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has led this initiative, which is aimed at cracking down on those who pose a risk to national security and public safety. As per the data provided, it appears that more than 6,000 student visas have been revoked due to various reasons such as assault, burglary, and support for terrorism.
The numbers reveal that approximately 4,000 of these revoked visas are linked to students who broke the law while in the United States, with records of assault and DUIs being among the violations. Furthermore, it is reported that around 200 to 300 individuals had their visas pulled due to openly supporting terrorist organizations such as Hamas.
The Trump administration has also initiated multiple initiatives focused on tightening up immigration policies and addressing concerns regarding foreign terrorists. This move aligns with President Donald Trump’s commitment to safeguarding the U.S. from international threats.
