Audio-Technica debuts earbuds with a whopping 25 hours of battery life at CES 2025
At the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Audio-Technica has made a bold move by introducing their latest active noise canceling (ANC) earbuds, boasting an impressive 25 hours of battery life when ANC is disabled. This staggering figure is not all they have to offer, as the ATH-CKS50TW2 also includes innovative Magnetic Switch Technology.
This new technology enables the earbuds to automatically turn off when they are magnetically snapped together and turned back on when separated, a feature that aims to reduce accidental pocket playback and increase overall user experience. Additionally, the earbuds come equipped with hybrid active noise cancellation powered by 9mm drivers to deliver an enhanced sound profile.
Other notable features include multipoint pairing capabilities, Qi wireless charging, and an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. Users will also have access to touch controls, allowing them to control playback, volume, calls, voice assistant, and adjust noise control settings as needed.
The ATH-CKS50TW2 earbuds are now available in black for $149, with a beige color option expected to be released in the near future.
