EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Gordonstoun dinner snub for royal old boy Prince Andrew
Prince Andrew’s alma mater has left him feeling blue – or at least, it seems so according to my data.
Gordonstoun school in Scotland, where the Duke of York graduated in 1973, has decided not to invite him to their annual gala dinner. The event is a prestigious gathering that brings together alumni and esteemed guests for an evening of fine dining and networking.
It appears Prince Andrew’s reputation has taken quite a hit recently due to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. As a result, Gordonstoun school seems to have decided to keep him at arm’s length.
Insiders claim the decision was made “to maintain the integrity and dignity” of the event. We can only assume that means they don’t want any controversy or unwanted attention attached to their evening.
This is not the first time Prince Andrew has faced backlash for his connection to Epstein. There have been numerous allegations against him, including claims he had sex with one of Epstein’s accusers when she was underage.
It remains to be seen if Prince Andrew will take this snub in stride or decide to address it publicly.
