XRP Price Prediction: Analyst Says Everything Just Changed for XRP. Here’s Why
According to crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto (@Steph_iscrypto), the recent developments in the cryptocurrency market have led him to conclude that “everything has changed” for Ripple’s XRP. In a detailed breakdown on the 3-day chart, the expert emphasizes that his analysis focuses on a descending triangle structure that has been forming since January 2025.
XRP has been trading sideways, consolidating beneath a persistent downward trendline, with price compressing further as each test of resistance narrows the range. This prolonged period of tightening price action is approaching its end, according to the analyst’s assessment.
Steph highlights $2.33 as a critical breakout level for traders to monitor closely. A daily close above this value would confirm the predicted turnaround and signal the start of an impulsive phase in XRP’s cycle.
The analyst emphasizes that without confirming a break above this level, his prediction remains speculative, but notes that if a closing price above $2.33 occurs, it would invalidate the current descending triangle structure, allowing for a more aggressive upside movement.
In the event of a successful breakout, Steph uses a trend-based Fibonacci extension tool to calculate potential targets for the next rally. He suggests that the asset may initially find support at $5.38 (0.618 Fibonacci), which could serve as a reasonable level for partial profit-taking.
Long-term projections place potential price movements around $11.31, $23.78, and even as high as $37.63 if momentum continues to build.
The analyst notes that similar situations in the past have seen XRP experience an explosive increase following a trend line break. He references the 2024 scenario where the cryptocurrency’s price literally “exploded” after breaking through the resistance level.
While caution is advised, and traders should be prepared for potential retracements or minor rejections before sustained upward movement, Steph believes that this turning point may be near.
