The data also suggests that this surge is not an isolated event. The price has continued to climb steadily after reaching the bottom at $1.9 on June 22. The surge accelerated on July 8, surpassing the daily SMA 50 and 200 at $2.24 and $2.36 respectively.
As of the time of writing, XRP rose by 6.81% in the last 24 hours to $2.80, with an intraday high of $2.848. Additionally, volume has increased significantly, up 103% to $16.23 billion according to CoinMarketCap data.
