
Big Loud Records has announced several promotions and new hires within its marketing leadership team.
Brianne Deslippe has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing/head of U.S. marketing, where she will oversee the label’s marketing, creative, digital, publicity, streaming, and international departments. In her previous role as senior vice president of international marketing, Deslippe has appeared on numerous Billboard power lists, including 2025 Billboard Global Power Players, 2025 Billboard Indie Power Players and 2024 Billboard Women in Music.
The promotions also include Amy Beard, who has been elevated to vice president of marketing. Beard joined Big Loud Records in 2022 as a director of marketing from MCA Nashville and has worked closely with the label’s most critically acclaimed artists, including Stephen Wilson Jr., Charles Wesley Godwin, and Thelma & James.
Morgan Sweat will also take on a new role as vice president of creative services. As video commissioner, Sweat oversaw music videos, visual design, photography, and general brand creative efforts.
In addition to these promotions, Big Loud Records has welcomed several new hires to its marketing team. Corey Brewer joins the company as vice president of media and PR, bringing with him expertise from his previous role at Atlantic Records, where he worked on campaigns for artists such as Burna Boy and Kehlani.
Jen Danielson will serve as vice president of streaming, having previously worked at Warner Music Group, Pandora, and CMT. London-based Alex Henderson has also joined the label as vice president of global marketing, where he will work with a roster of artists that includes Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Lauren Alaina, Ernest, Jake Worthington, and Dylan Gossett.
Co-founder and CEO Seth England celebrated the new additions to the team, stating, “This marks an exciting new chapter for Big Loud Records. These well-earned announcements reflect the dedication and talent of our team, and this exceptional group of leaders is poised to drive the next era of artist development, innovation, and generational impact.”
