SiFive Expands Its RISC-V Intelligence Family To Address Exploding AI Workloads
In a move to tackle the rapidly growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) processing, SiFive has announced an array of new additions to its product stack. The innovative technology company is expanding its offerings in response to the explosion in AI workloads across all computing domains. According to Deloitte data points, we can expect a 20% increase in AI workloads throughout the coming years.
The newly introduced products include five new designs that cater to vastly different AI use cases, including the X160 Gen 2 and X180 Gen 2, which are brand-new, alongside upgrades of the X280 and X390 cores.
